What is Emerson Connect?
Emerson Connect is a web-based service that allows secure communication about non-urgent health care matters between patients and providers or staff. Secure messaging allows patients to communicate online with their primary care physician as well as other specialists within the Emerson Physician-Hospital Organization.
Note: The Massachusetts mature minor doctrine protects health information for patients ages 13 years and older. Parents may register their children 13 years of age and younger. Patients over 18 years of age may register themselves. Please note that when you register your child, your access will be terminated when they turn 13 years old. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Getting Started
Before you can log in to Emerson Connect you will need to register using the PIN number provided to you by our office. Please call our office at (978) 619-5447 to receive your unique PIN. Once you receive your PIN, please note that you will need to complete all registration steps in order to start receiving secure messages from your provider’s office.
